Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging and all included hardware. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
To start a return, contact us at kyle@talbotindustriesllc.com. Returns must be authorized before being sent back. The return address and instructions will be provided during the return authorization process.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received. Items that show signs of installation, modification, tool marks, scratches, or use will not be accepted for return.
All original packaging, hardware, and included components must be returned with the item.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items. Talbot Industries is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Talbot Industries reserves the right to determine eligibility for refund based on the condition of the returned item.
Talbot Industries also reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or was sent without prior authorization.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the correct product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Talbot Industries reserves the right to deny refunds if returned items show signs of installation, use, modification, or damage not caused during shipping.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
